1. Return Period
You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return period is calculated from the date you receive the goods (as evidenced by the carrier's delivery confirmation).

Return applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
For a return application to be approved, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must remain in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;

The product must remain unopened, with all original factory seals/tamper-evident closures intact;

The product must retain its complete original packaging, including all inserts, manuals, accessories, and labels;

The product must be free from any scratches, stains, damage, or odors caused by use;

All brick pieces in the set must be complete (if applicable).
Please Note: Returns based on personal preference (such as color not matching expectations, incorrect size, etc.) will be accepted provided the above conditions are met; however, return shipping costs will be borne by you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been unsealed or used (unless due to quality issues);

Any damage caused by improper use or assembly;

Products missing original packaging, accessories, or with mixed-up parts;

Clearance items, final sale items, or products specifically marked as "non-returnable";

Products beyond the 30-day return period.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Misdescribed Products
If you receive a product with any of the following issues, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to resolve them:

Damaged during shipping (broken outer packaging, cracked products, etc.);

Manufacturing defects (missing parts, incorrect parts, pieces that cannot be assembled, etc.);

Significant discrepancy from the website description (obvious errors in color, specifications, or version).
How We Handle It:
For defective, damaged, or misdescribed products, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

Description of the issue;

Clear photos or videos (showing the product issue and the outer packaging).
We will provide you with a replacement or full refund depending on the specific circumstances. We will bear the return shipping costs for issues of this nature (subject to confirmation by our customer service team).
5. Return Process
If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable) in your message.
Step 2: We will review your return request within 2–3 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) notice and return address via email.
Step 3: Please carefully pack the product in its original condition and ship it back to the return address provided, using a trackable shipping method. Please Note: Products returned directly without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may not be processed.
Step 4: Please send your return tracking number to our customer service email so we can track your package.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Please Note: The original shipping fee (if any) is generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong item sent or product defect).
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process it as follows:

Inspection Time: We typically complete inspection within 3–5 business days of receiving the return package.

Refund Notification: Once the inspection is approved, we will notify you via email that your refund has been approved.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the product price, less any applicable discounts or promotional offers. The original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Crediting Time: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

8. Replacements
If the product you received is defective or damaged, we prefer to offer you a replacement rather than a refund, provided the same product is in stock.
The replacement process is the same as the return process (see Section 5). We will ship the replacement product to you free of charge after we receive your return and complete the inspection. Replacements are typically shipped within 3–7 business days after the return inspection is approved.
Please Note: If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund and notify you accordingly.
9. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us via email. We will issue a full refund with no additional charges.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined in this Policy (i.e., apply for a return after receiving the product, with return shipping costs borne by you).
10. Clearance and Promotional Items

Clearance items and products specifically marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of quality issues.

Products purchased during promotional campaigns are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items (30-day return period, customer bears return shipping costs), but the refund amount will be based on the actual price you paid.
11. International Returns (If Applicable)
If you are located outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region:

Please ensure that you correctly fill out the customs declaration form and clearly mark "Returned Goods" on the outer box of the return package to avoid customs duties or clearance delays.

Any import duties, value-added taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred as a result of the return shall be borne by you, unless the return is due to our error.
